Geranium Essential Oil

  • Family : Geraniaceae
  • Origin : North Africa, Middle East and Madagascar
  • Obtainment : By steam distillation of the fresh plant
  • Component : Linalol, geraniol, citronellol, terpineol, esters, ketones
  • 2,5 ml glass bottle

It was introduced into Europe from Africa in 1690. The essential oil, often called bourbon-la-Réunion is generally colourless but can be yellowish green.

It promotes cicatrization and is used for haemorrhoids and bad circulation.
